Zhao Sheng Law Firm is pleased to announce that Ying Zhou from the firm’s capital markets practice has been elected to partner, effective 1 November 2023.
Based in the firm’s Shanghai office, Ying Zhou is a key member in the structured finance and derivatives team. She has extensive experience in assisting key financial institutions in the development of their derivatives business in the Chinese markets and on their cross-border transactions.
She has in-depth knowledge of the financial market infrastructures, having worked closely with several major domestic and overseas exchanges and clearing houses and advised on regulatory matters related to derivatives market reform in various major jurisdictions for over a decade.
