Zhao Sheng Law Firm is pleased to announce Amy Ding has been promoted to counsel in the firm’s corporate practice, effective 1 May 2024.
Amy is PRC-qualified and England and Wales admitted. She is currently on a secondment in the Singapore office at Linklaters, Zhao Sheng Law Firm’s joint operation partner. She has extensive experience in cross border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and minority investments across a wide range of sectors, including mobility (automobile, electric vehicles, battery etc.), energy and renewable, TMT/digital infrastructure, real estate and logistics, and industrials sectors.
