Wendy focuses on assisting international and Chinese clients to conduct direct investments into and out of China, as well as other cross-border M&A transactions, with particular expertise in investments in the automotive, EV and technology sectors. She has also advised on transactions in wide range of sectors including manufacturing, education and new energy.
Wendy is qualified to practice in PRC and New York. Prior to joining Zhao Sheng, she has practiced at Linklaters and King & Wood Mallesons.

a listed automotive company on its offshore acquisitions of EV technologies, including (i) autonomous driving and data calculation company in the US, (ii) EV motor R&D and production in the US, and (iii) EV battery management systems design company in Germany
GLP on its investment in an EV company which offers all aspects of fleet management
an EV manufacturing company on its acquisition of manufacturing facilities from a major US car manufacturer, and bidding for the majority equity of a US electric vehicle company
ENGIE on its joint venture with an electrical vehicle charging and battery solution service company in China; and providing data protection advice in relation to the data exchange on the battery charging software
a world leading chip manufacturing company on the China manufacturing facilities and assets transfer and post-closing arrangements as part of its US$9 billion sale of the wafer manufacturing business
a Silicon Valley chip design company on its joint venture project with Chinese investors
China International Capital Corporation on its investment into a digital virtual assets trading platform
a global media service and digital marketing company on its acquisitions of (i) a mobile advertising performance solution provider using data-based technology, and (ii) a mobile advertising company specialized in the automobile sector in China
an international education group on its Series B fundraising and establishment of K-12 school in China
