Zhao Sheng Law Firm is pleased to announce the election of Shanghai-based Corporate partner, Richard Gu, as the firm’s Managing Partner, taking over the leadership from Eric Liu.
Richard has over 20 years of experience in China-related cross-border M&A and joint venture transactions in a wide range of sectors, including automotive, consumer, healthcare, mining and real estate.
